The strips use about 6.5% hydrogen peroxide. The stuff you buy over the counter in the bottle is only 3%. If you make a 50-50 solution with water that dilutes it even further. So it can’t be any worse for you than the “dentist recommended” crap they sell for 10 times more. As long as you don’t swallow the stuff you’re fine.

how do u use it when ur brushing ur teeth? how long do you brush your teeth for? do you brush with the peroxide? do u wash and spit after ur done? after u brush ur teeth with the peroxide do you brush your teeth normally with toothpaste? thanks

and it whitens teeth but not much…
i’ve noticed some change after 2,3 weeks and since then i think my teeth are the same…
finally, hydrogen will withen your teeth(you just have to use it every day) but not too much and it will help with bad breath…

3% is most recommended by dentists. Anything stronger may be very harsh on your mouth and could cause ulcers and tooth sensitivity.

just dont swallow any of it, I did once, and then went to sleep. when I woke up, I sat up in my bed and immediately fell onto my side, feeling really dizzy, like when youve had too much to drink. So i drank about 5 pints of water. Im not sure if there was any damage, I felt fine the day after. Also, if you happen to swallow some, don’t induce vomitting, it may burn your throat, just flush it out with water.

i dont dilute it when i rinse but i think diluting it makes it a little easier on your mouth

swishing is when you put a liquid in your mouth and then move the liquid to various parts your mouth vigorously. You know when you puff out your cheeks and then let out the air, well, it is basically the same concept it is just that you keep the liquid in your mouth(with your mouth closed) until done.
